Pursuant to Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the provisions relating to Corporate Governance compliance reporting are applicable to the Company with effect from 1 April 2026. Accordingly, the relevant Corporate Governance Reports will be available in this section from the date of applicability. .
